Dr Maksym Skrypnyk is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Diaspora Studies in the School of History and Geography at Dublin City University. He previously held a Postdoctoral Researcher position in Conflict Studies at the School of Politics and International Relations at University College Dublin. Before joining academia full-time, he served as a Caseworker at the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), providing administrative support to displaced Ukrainians in Ireland.
