Prof. Dr. Dilip Mahapatra is currently the medical director of Lugh Medical Centre in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Along with his busy professional career spanning over many decades here, he has dedicated his time and resources to community & social work for the Indian diaspora in Ireland for over 25 years. He is the chair of Confederation of Indian Communities in Ireland, Krishna Academy of Social Sciences in Ireland & Odia Doctors Association of U.K. and Europe. He is a peace commissioner and the executive board member & honorary treasurer of FG Executive Board in Louth.
